Can I do a surprise proposal in a state that is NOT Oregon? In a state where I don’t know all the secret hiding places? Yes! I can stalk anyone from anywhere. Please don’t report me. I had so much fun scouting spots and traipsing around in the Colorado snow for these two lovely people, such an adventure!
