I try not to be cliche. In my blog posts and photographs, I want people to see what my clients are really like. But when a wedding like Jessie & Andy’s comes along that is so far beyond creative, fun, and intensely special, I’m left just hoping my images can stand up next to everyone’s memories. Held at the Cedar Ridge Retreat Center, a beautiful spot on a hill viewing the sun’s decent (and divided by a 350′ slip-n-slide where the bridal party and families held a massive competition that morning), Jessie & Andy’s wedding was their own, filled with a sense of community, wood-fired pizzas by Tastebud Farm, gorgeous flowers by Ink & Peat, beautiful Oregon sunlight, flying Chinese lanterns, and live music performed by both themselves and their friends. Yeah, I know. Ridiculous. Also, I made an appearance in one of these photos, see if you can “I Spy” me.

Ashley - This wedding! Aaron, these photos are so full of love and celebration, they are amazing. You did such a great job capturing the perfect mix of people/emotions and details/environment to really feel the day through your images. My new favorite from you, for sure. Excellent job!
Ryan - Wow! All of these images held my attention right to the end–but I had to just pause and stare at that last shot. Outstanding!
adam z - All the photos are awesome, but that last one of the lanterns is just amazing!
Jessie & Andy - So amazing, Aaron! Even from an iPod in Mexico!! Can’t wait to see em all when we return. Thanks again, you’re the best!
