I cannot say enough about these two. Cause if I get started, you have to shove bacon in my mouth to get me to stop. So here goes…
Just kidding, you have to go to The Pancake Studios blog, silly!

Adrienne & Lauren are roommates at University of Portland. They annoy each other sometimes. But usually they are really close friends. And I was not about to say “NO!” to some fun, end-of-school portrait sessions with them at the beach.
Congrats to our awesome babysitter Adrienne on graduating! And both of you are awesome.

how sweet is this??
beautiful and fresh photos as usual, aaron!
I had to go ALL the way across the river for Carrie & John’s engagement shoot. And it was worth it. Despite their mad Huskies vs Cougars rivalry, Carrie & John put their differences aside and totally had a good time and made some gorgeous pictures with us. I’m so excited for their wedding in Vancouver at the Pearson Air Museum!
Big thanks to Ashley Forrette for shooting with me, without whom many beautiful pictures & my cheesy jokes would not be possible.

Where were the “crab” hands???!!? The photos are great. I really like the one of you two laughing with the cattails in the foreground. John, the second to the last one, wow, great kiss (I know, awkward).
Love you two!
Mom/Molly
I just love when clients are willing to come to North Portland to shoot with us. There is SO much interesting stuff here: textures, bridges, undeveloped areas, migratory birds. But when a couple comes along as ridiculous as Kristine & Paul with the hair and the height and the smiley goodness, everything else just gets overwhelmed and let’s them be the star of the show. And that is fine with me.
Thanks to Ashley Forrette for letting me be her shootin’ pardner again.

The minimalist black-and-white near the top is great!
Wow, you knocked this one out of the park.
Great job on the engagements!
Redhead lady is gorgeous! I like the first picture and b & w pictures. Awesome job Aaron!
Aaron! I didn’t even know these were posted here. What a treat to discover! Thanks so much for coming to shoot with us; we had a ball.
I met Mark & Liz near the Park Blocks on a very-questionably-weather-day. Portland has had a lot of them lately. However, on this particular morning, the heat generated from Mark & Liz’s smokin’-hotness just so happened to keep the rain away. It was science.
On a side note, I will also say that Mark & Liz have the kind of chemistry that shows up in movies and magazines but is so real it gives you chills to be around it. Can’t wait for their wedding and reception.
Thanks so much Mark & Liz!!!

I Love the shot in the parking lot with the parking curbs pointing to them brilliant use of the space man!! What’t eh story behind the boots and broom?
Boots: empty, with no one inside them, sitting on a Portland sidewalk.
Broom: available parking garage prop. Because it was there.
I also am super excited about the boots shot!
Awesome shoot Aaron. You rock and nice job. Especially lovin the playful ones and her gorgeous look in the 2nd combo down. hi5.
I like the picture of the shoes & boots. Very creative.
